Robertshaw critical of attitudes to digital strategy
The former policy and reform minister says he believes Tynwald members are too comfortable and complacent to embrace the radical changes digital inclusion demands.
Chris Robertshaw was speaking during the Tynwald debate on its digital strategy, which won almost unanimous support after more than two hours of contributions from members.
The 42-page document sets out how technology can be harnessed to transform the way government works.
But Mr Robertshaw told the court he didn't think members were prepared for the change in thinking required to go forward:
