Distinguished advocate to be remembered
A long-time Isle of Man advocate will be remembered this afternoon (Friday).
Mark Moroney, who had a distinguished law career here and founded the law firm Moroney's, last month died in the US Virgin Islands.
The 70 year-old went missing from his Caribbean home during a widespread water and power outage.
A memorial service will be held at St Mary’s Church in Douglas at two o’clock.
