A menopause ambassador is encouraging firms to follow wellbeing practice.
Trudi Roscouet from Vitality 40 Plus led a presentation to employers from various business sectors on the impact menopause was having in the workplace.
Her aim is to make the workplace as inclusive and supportive as possible.
