Demand on the Isle of Man’s mental health services over the festive period will be ‘unpredictable’.
That’s the view of Manx Care which says it does tend to see higher rates of referrals at this time of year.
The health body is urging people not to put extra pressure on themselves in order to have a ‘perfect Christmas’.
