Health minister appears before social affairs policy committee
The health minister has confirmed that the Island's acute inpatient mental health facility continues to be overcrowded.
David Ashford was asked about bed occupancy rates at Manannan Court, during a public hearing with the social affairs policy review committee on Monday.
He says it remains consistently above the department's target figure:
