'Minute's noise' to take place following Remembrance Sunday silence
The Manx Grand Prix Supporters Club will host an event this weekend to commemorate friends and loved ones.
Following the Remembrance Sunday silence on Sunday (12 November), at 11am, motorcyclists are being invited to take part in a 'minute's noise' at 12pm at the Laxey Beach Cafe.
Travelling marshal Jim Hunter - one of the organisers - says this moment is to recognise those who have 'passed under the chequered flag' in the last year.
With 2023 marking the Manx Grand Prix's centenary, Mr Hunter says it would be 'absolutely tremendous' if they had 100 bikes in attendance:
