Consultation attracts 75 responses in a week
A consultation on no-fault divorce has attracted 75 responses in the first week.
Garff member Daphne Caine is seeking feedback from the public on her private member's bill, which is aiming to speed-up the divorce process on the Island.
A no-fault divorce currently requires a two-year separation period, with almost half who went through the system in 2018 falling into this category.
