An MHK is calling for a new 'social tariff' to be introduced to help those on lower incomes who require access to the Internet for work and school.
Jason Moorhouse is set to ask the Communications and Utilities Regulatory Authority in the House of Keys, whether an investigation can be carried out to aid with the rising cost of living crisis.
Mr Moorhouse says that provision is already available in the UK, but believes Manx residents should not be penalised.
