A Garff MHK says upland roads and green lanes in her constituency are being swamped by off-road motorbikes.
Daphne Caine says she has had many complaints, with the problem peaking at weekends.
She raised the issue at this week's sitting of the House of Keys, but Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer confirmed there are no plans to increase restrictions.
