Rob Callister changes mind on support for some candidates
An MHK has defended the way he voted in Monday’s Legislative Council election – although admits he changed his mind after initially pledging support to other candidates.
Rob Callister ultimately supported five would-be MLCs, three of whom were elected.
The Onchan member acknowledges he did have a re-think but stopped short of saying he reneged on promises.
"We think it's inhumane the way he was treated."
