Alex Allinson speaks out after MIMA hearing
A Ramsey MHK says he wasn't trying to be 'incendiary' when he said there was potential for windfarms to be built all around the Island's coast.
Alex Allinson's comments to a hearing into the proposed Mooir Vannin project provoked a strong response from parts of the Island, including Chief Minister Alfred Cannan who described them as a 'fantasy'.
Dr Allinson told the hearing the project would be important for 'the sustainable economic future of our Island'.
