An East Douglas MHK says she voted against the Manx budget this week,as she has done on numerous other occasions, because it was pitched towards the wealthy and not the 'ordinary public'.
Brenda Cannell has only approved of one budget in her near 18-year parliamentary career and was one of four MHKs who voted against this years
