Alliance's motions not debated in Tynwald
A Douglas Central MHK has hit out at the chief minister and the Legislative Council after attempts to have certain reports published were dismissed in Tynwald.
Two motions sought the immediate publication of the Development Viability Study and Premier Advisory Group report on school funding.
Another requested the publication of the Objective Assessment of Housing Need which was released shortly before this week's sitting of the court.
Each motion was put forward by members of a recently-formed political alliance; Douglas Central MHK Chris Thomas, Onchan MHK Julie Edge, and Douglas South MHK Claire Christian.
Mr Thomas told Manx Radio it's 'shameful' the motions weren't debated at this week's sitting:
Chief Minister Alfred Cannan agreed to publish the reports before the end of the parliamentary year in September.
He has declined the opportunity to respond to Mr Thomas' comments.
