Ramsey member accuses colleagues of letting down constituents
An MHK says the lack of support for extending question time in Tynwald is "disgraceful".
There were 49 questions for oral answer at this month's sitting, but only 21 were completed by the lunchtime cutoff.
Ramsey member Lawrie Hooper took to Twitter to criticise those who voted against finishing questions, saying effective scrutiny is essential to good government.
He added that those who didn't support extending questions have let their constituents down, questioning whether they're afraid of the answers.
