North Douglas MHK John Houghton has launched a scathing attack on the way the Department of Economic Development is being run.
It follows a correction by Minister John Shimmin of just under £80,000 in answering questions about the cost of off-island trips, travel and meetings.
Mr. Shimmin put the error down to the amount of detail originally requested and a computer glitch.
Mr. Houghton believes the new figures still don't tally and is disappointed they don't relate to excursions trying to attract new business to the Island.
He also can't understand why the Chief Executive Colin Kniveton has been allowed to go to Sark on a short-term contract.....but his biggest criticism is over what he sees as a lack of controls and procedures within the department:-
