Still no intention to apologise
The MHK suspended from Tynwald for misconduct says he doesn’t appreciate being at the centre of a firestorm.
North Douglas member John Houghton was last month barred from the precincts of the Manx parliament for refusing to apologise for his behaviour in a staff dispute.
It followed an investigation by the Tynwald members standards and interests committee.
Mr Houghton is continuing to maintain his innocence.
