Rails not due to be installed until next winter
An MHK is questioning why the horse tramway from Broadway to the Sea Terminal won't be completed at the same time as the Douglas promenade works.
Garff member Daphne Caine raised concerns over the lack of support for heritage transport in response to Treasury Minister Alf Cannan's budget speech.
She accused the government of redirecting public criticism of the project, which is now not expected to be finished until July.
Mrs Caine asked why the rails aren't being installed until a later date:
