That question is playing on the mind of Ayre and Michael MHK Tim Baker, which he'll pose to the Department for Enterprise in today's House of Keys sitting.
With an increasing amount of different options for those looking to camp on the Island, Mr Baker says the current guidelines over non-serviced accommodation, as it's known, is unclear:
