Shockingly poor quality journalism
Panorama's 'Paradise Papers' expose showed a fundamental lack of understanding of the Manx political system says an MHK.
During the programme, which aired on Monday night, presenter Richard Bilton had suggested the Island lacked a functioning democracy.
The comments followed the presentation of a document showing law firm Appleby advising tech giants Apple that no change of government here was likely.
After the programme Mr Hooper tweeted it was 'shockingly poor quality journalism', which lacked 'real substance'.
