Follows Westminster questions about defence spending
A Douglas Central MHK believes it's time the Island re-examined its ties with the United Kingdom.
It comes after questions were asked in Westminster about how much the Crown Dependencies pay the UK for defence and international representation.
The last time a review of the overall relationship took place was in November 2000.
