Douglas Central MHK urges Tynwald to scrutinise policies and approval legal deals before development proceeds
A Douglas Central MHK is calling for greater transparency over the Westmoreland Village development.
Chris Thomas wants Tynwald to debate how planning, housing, and transport policies apply to the site.
He also wants any legal agreements for the scheme approved by Tynwald before being signed.
