Manx Radio to come under Tynwald scrutiny
An MHK has called for an 'all-encompassing' review of Manx Radio, its setup and operation.
Daphne Caine has placed a motion on next week's Tynwald paper (Jan 16) suggesting public service broadcasting in the Island comes via a variety of channels.
The scope of the report would include funding, and the potential for greater involvement from the BBC.
She wants a committee to report back in the summer.
