Former treasury minister says he could vote against budget next year
An MHK says he'll vote against next year's Budget if more isn't done to help those on low incomes.
Douglas North member David Ashford was critical of the spending plan during this week's budget debate, but ultimately voted in support of the proposals.
He wants to see the treasury minister tackle what he's called a disparity between low earners and those on higher salaries.
If not, Mr Ashford says he might not be supportive next year:
