Daphne Caine's bill passes two more stages
A move for a simple majority in the House of Keys to bring down a Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers is a step closer.
Currently two-thirds or 16 MHKs are required to pass of vote of no confidence.
Garff member Daphne Caine is proposing a simple majority of 13 is a better model and matches the number of votes required to elect a leader.
