Manx-based egaming software firm Microgaming says one of its mobile phone games has smashed a world record.
The company, based on Circular Road in Douglas, says a player using one of its games has won the largest ever mobile jackpot.
The player, known as Gabriel L, is now £3.7 million richer thanks to the win on the aptly-named Mega Moolah fruit machine game.
Roger Raatgever, Microgaming’s Chief Executive Officer, says it’s the largest mobile jackpot win in history.
