The Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with Auldyn Properties, who have aquired the Middlemarch site near to Douglas harbour, from Government.
Auldyn holds thirty percent of Sefton Group shares.
The Government bought the site in 2013 for 3.2 million pounds as part of the package of support for the Sefton.
