First-time accolade on Island
For the first time, a garden on the Isle of Man has received Royal Horticultural Society Partner Status.
Milntown Estate and Gardens, located on the outskirts of Ramsey, recently completed a rigorous application process which led to the accolade being awarded.
Writing on the estate's Facebook page, head gardener Adam Quayle said the acheivement is testament to everyone who works to make Milntown what it is.
The gardens are now free to RHS members on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
