More positive news today
There's some hopeful news about two dogs who were rescued from a smoke-logged house in Onchan this week.
Milo and Maverick were given oxygen therapy by firefighters on Thursday after the incident on Barrule Drive.
The boys were allowed home on Friday night, and although still poorly the prognosis for them is much better, with lots of rest and love prescribed for the next few days.
Owner Kerry Rothwell is thanking the vets for their care and everyone who's donated money which she says has allowed the Jack Russells to be back home with their family.
