
Health Minister David Anderson says publishing an action plan for colorectal surgery at Noble’s Hospital will help restore public confidence.
Yesterday, his department took the unusual step of making the plan public after a review.
Mr Anderson’s been in the firing line from the Liberal Vannin Party which leaked parts of the report and tried to pass a vote of no confidence in him over its concerns.
