Opening pushed back from 8 Sep to 20 Nov
Infrastructure Minister Tim Baker admits the ongoing delay to the reopening of Broadway in Douglas is "very disappointing".
The junction was first due to reopen on 8 September, then it was pushed back to the end of October.
The latest date is 20 November.
