Consultation with smaller organisations planned
The Policy and Reform Minister says charities would benefit from being more open and transparent.

Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper has been seeking to make smaller organisations exempt from registering.
There are now plans for a consultation on a new bill for small charities, but Mr Thomas believes they'll still gain from what's being proposed in the Charities Registration and Regulation Bill:
