Review carried out after Aimee Woodward died in 2017
The Health Minister insists changes have been made after a woman died following surgery at Noble's Hospital.
Coroner of Inquests John Needham found there were no failures by the hospital contributing to the death of 32-year-old Aimee Woodward in August 2017.
Speaking after the hearing, her parents said they wanted to see the Coroner make recommendations to change procedures at Noble's.
