
There’s been tangible interest to develop a prime sea front site in Douglas.
Infrastructure Minister David Cretney says there’s been a number of expressions of interest in the former Summerland site.
The area of the one-time leisure complex has stood empty and derelict ever since the buildings were demolished six years ago.
But Mr Cretney believes that, even in the current climate, there will be interest from developers:
