Surprised at recent comments
The Minister for Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister says he hopes to continue a good working relationship with the Manx National Farmers' Union
Richard Ronan was speaking after the Union launched a scathing attack on the department over plans to integrate the Agriculture and Fisheries grant scheme.
The union also accused Mr Ronan of lacking 'knowledge, understanding, commitment and direction'.
He says whilst it's always good to hear the union's views, he admits he's surprised and disappointed with their comments . .
