
The Infrastructure Minister says his department's project to get young people "on the job" work experience is a success.
David Cretney MHK says the work may not be their job of choice but the recruits have delighted his teams with their progress so far.
10 trainees have been working in the Operations Division on schemes including the Douglas town-centre redevelopment.
