Planned hike withdrawn from Tynwald sitting
The Infrastructure Minister says he wants to bring 'everybody onboard' when it comes to changes to vehicle duty.
An order, which would have seen an increase in annual duty of up to £34 for some road users, was withdrawn from yesterday's Tynwald sitting.
Ray Harmer says the reason behind the move is 'complex'.
Several MHKs were also not present to vote yesterday.
He says he wants to make sure things are done properly:
