Chris Thomas says every nation must do their bit
The Minister for Policy and Reform has welcomed the EU ban on single use plastics.
The European parliament overwhelmingly backed a wide-ranging ban on single-use plastics in an effort to tackle pollution in seas, fields and waterways.
Whilst too early to say if the Island would copy the move in the near future, Chris Thomas says there has to be a change to the way we consume plastics, and every nation will have to do its bit:
