Health minister says all the facts were required to avoid panic
The chief minister and health minister have defended the amount of time it took government to let people know two people had tested positive for coronavirus, after completing their 14-days self-isolation.
Howard Quayle and David Ashford have been speaking at a coronavirus media conference.
It's after the two people had visited six locations before finding out they had the virus.
Mr Ashford says they made the announcement at the earliest possibility:
