Infrastructure Minister Michelle Haywood says she fully understands the anger and frustration felt by people who missed flights as a result of delays caused by weekend problems with security equipment at Ronaldsway Airport.

Queues of passengers waiting to pass through the security area stretched to the rear of the Oasis Cafe, with some missing flights as a result.
