A coastguard helicopter joined emergency services in the search earlier today
Police have confirmed the body of a woman has been recovered following a search at Groudle earlier today.
Search and rescue teams were joined by a coastguard helicopter in the early hours of this morning after the woman was reported missing.
The Isle of Man Constabulary has now confirmed the body of a deceased female has been found in relation to the search.
Officers say they won't be releasing further details, and are urging the public to respect the privacy of the woman's family at this time.
