Ms Balmer had never visited before
A 23-year old woman who had been reported as missing by police has been found.
Rachel Balmer, who'd never visited the Island before, travelled here on the ferry with the intention of 'just walking around'.
She left home with just £10, a colouring book and two teddy bears on her person.
Police have confirmed online that Ms Balmer has been located, after an appeal was launched for information on her whereabouts earlier this afternoon.
