Schedule dominated by government finances, flooding and broadband
Members of the House of Keys will hear a mixed bag of questions levelled at ministers and public sector boards this morning (December 6).
13 queries are scheduled for oral answer, three for written answer - dominated by government finances, flooding, and the delivery of high-speed broadband.
Ayre and Michael MHK Tim Baker will ask the Communications Commission about plans in the pipeline for broadband - which he says is "patchy" in some rural areas.
Douglas North MHK David Ashford has tabled a question for the Treasury Minister on tax cap electors' employment numbers, and their average worker wage figures.
While Onchan member Julie Edge also quizzes Alf Cannan on the effects of annual inflationary increases on departmental budgets.
And, her colleague Rob Callister is asking the chairman of the Manx Utilities Authority about plans to address flooding in the village.
Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister Geoffrey Boot is moving the Dogs (Amendment) Bill 2016 for first reading - that, and more this morning from 10am.
