Kate Lord-Brennan MLC will stand in Glenfaba and Peel
A member of the Legislative Council has declared for September's House of Keys General Election.
Kate Lord-Brennan MLC is standing in Glenfaba and Peel.
She was elected to LegCo in 2018 and says that experience has given her a considerable insight into the need for change in a number of areas.
She also says it has taught her, as a resident of Peel, that she could achieve a great deal more for the constituency if she was a directly elected Member.
Mrs Lord-Brennan says announcing now gives her more time to listen to more people, building on the conversations she has had over the last few years, and she wants to speak to as many people as she possibly can in the coming months.
