Paul Craine describes population imbalance as 'elephant' in the room

Paul Craine says he’s concerned the population on the Isle of Man is ‘barely growing’.
It’s believed it’s only increased by 1.5 percent since 2021 with deaths still ‘substantially’ outweighing births.

Mr Craine, who voted in favour of this year’s Budget, says there are still too many 'barriers':
