Craine raises concerns at Population Rebalancing Committee
An MLC has queried whether the Isle of Man could see an ‘influx’ of people moving to the Island before potential ‘disincentives’ are introduced.
It follows government’s pledge to raise the number of economically active people on the Island by 2037.
As part of the new 15-year economic strategy both incentives and disincentives will be considered.
