President announces he will step down as soon as possible
A member of the Legislative Council is set to retire on grounds of ill health.
Tony Wild MLC gave notice through a letter sent to the President of Tynwald, who announced the decision to Tynwald this morning (21 Feb).
President of Tynwald Steve Rodan asked members of the court to thank Mr Wild for his public service and sent their best wishes for his recovery:-
