Minister enlightens court
Government says there is a problem with the lighting used on Castle Rushen.
Minister Lawrence Skelly was urged to show the ancient fortress off at its best.
Mr Skelly admitted the Castle was a major draw for tourists and following further questions, he told the court he was sure Manx National Heritage would take heed of the need to illuminate the building, following a recent event at which it was specially lit:
