Treasury Minister says DoI is exploring options to allow more flexibility for Manx motorists
It would be very difficult to bring in monthly car tax payments without making big changes to the current system.
That's from Treasury Minister Alex Allinson, who's confirmed funds have been given to the Department of Infrastructure to explore more payment options.
The changes could mean fewer in-person transactions, with Dr Allinson warning a monthly or quarterly vehicle licences would likely only be available to purchase online.
