Call for strengthening links with government
A call for more to be done to develop brownfield sites in the Island's capital has been reiterated by the leader of Douglas Borough Council.
David Christian has made the comments in the wake of the council announcing it was putting up the rates by 3.3% for the forthcoming financial year.
Mr Christian says there has been progress with encouraging brownfield development, but hopes it's just the start:
