Coronavirus rules must be adhered to
A further relaxation of rules governing some outdoor sports and activities during the coronavirus pandemic comes in from today.
In total, 23 are now permitted, including the likes of athletics, football, netball and tennis, as long as guidelines are followed.
No more than 10 people, coaches included, can take part in an activity in any one place, people can't share equipment, and anything which is used must be thoroughly cleaned afterwards.
The easing of restrictions is only for "leisure and recreation" purposes, though - no fixtures or events can take place.
